CAP-08
Control panels, wiring and on-skid power distribution.
Wiring is done in-house, in the same workshop where the module is built: electrical panels, on-skid distribution, connection of instruments, sensors, actuators and valves, and motor control.

What we do
Electrical panels
Bringing electrical work into the same scope as the mechanical build removes a hand-over. Cable trays, glands and junction boxes are placed while the skid is built, and the module reaches testing already wired and checked.
- Industrial electrical panel building and wiring
- Machine and skid-level power distribution
- Cable trays, conduits and junction boxes
- Instrument and sensor connection
- Actuator and solenoid valve connection
- Motor control and starter circuits
- Integration with the automation system
- EN/IEC 61439 panels where applicable
- Executions for ATEX classified areas where required by the project
Technical data
CAP-08
- Crew
- 1 dedicated panel wirer + electrical engineering team
- Industrial electrical panels
- Built and wired in-house
- EN/IEC 61439
- Yes, where applicable to the panel type and scope of supply
- ATEX hazardous areas
- Executions for classified areas, where required by the project, using components and solutions suitable for the classification
Area classification is defined by the project; ATEX components and equipment are certified by their manufacturers.
