CAP-03
Process piping prefabricated in the shop, installed on skids or in the plant.
Spools, headers and process lines in stainless and carbon steel: prefabrication, welding, supports and equipment hook-up, in the workshop and on site.

What we do
Industrial piping
Piping is where a skid becomes a system. We prefabricate spools in the workshop, where welding, alignment and cleanliness can be controlled, then install them on the module or in the plant, connecting pumps, filters, vessels and instruments. The stainless headers of the reverse osmosis plant shown on this site are an example of our work.
- Shop prefabrication of pipe spools
- Stainless steel piping
- Carbon steel piping
- Suction and discharge headers and manifolds
- Process and utility lines
- Fittings, flanges and connections
- Pipe supports and bracketing
- Hook-up of pumps, filters, vessels and instruments
- Skid piping in the workshop
- Site installation and completion
Technical data
CAP-03
- Materials
- Stainless steel, carbon steel
- Crew
- 2 pipe fitters and 8 welders
- Welding
- TIG, MIG/MAG, MMA
- Pressure classes
- Up to ASME Class 2500, depending on material, temperature, diameter, components and project specification
- Design pressures
- Applications up to approx. 420 bar, where technically compatible with the required configuration
- Hydrostatic / pneumatic testing
- Yes, where required by the specification, with the applicable procedures and safety measures
- Radiographic examination
- Up to 100% of joints where required by the specification
The allowable pressure of an ASME class depends on material and temperature: Class 2500 and 420 bar are not universally equivalent. Each configuration is checked against the project specification.
